As Chartered Surveyors, Ivyhouse Consulting have a thorough knowledge of construction, the planning process, project programming, development and construction costs, the design process and client approvals, and client requirements at handover.

All Ivyhouse personnel are familiar with construction contracts and contract law, procurement methods and processes, estimating and cost control, finance and financial motivations, marketing, operational requirements, and the human factors which affect projects.
