Cliff and the support team at Ivyhouse Consulting are used to managing Clients’ projects, dealing with Architects, Engineers, Builders, Lawyers and other professional involved in the process and providing the necessary coordination to provide overall management of the project giving the Client the benefit of dealing with a single organisation if required.
Services may either be combined offering the Client the benefit of a single point of contact or offered separately when working with other project team members.
As Chartered Surveyors, Ivyhouse Consulting have a thorough knowledge of all normal and specialist aspects of construction, the planning process, project programming, development and construction costs, the design process, and client requirements at handover.
